Perspective is a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in all styles and age of properties from residential tenements, commercial warehouse and offices carrying out all types of surveys.
Perspective has been the Project Manager for various types of Projects from residential reinstatements to new build commercial premises and all types of refurbishments in between.
Perspective understands that budget is important to our Client's. We offer the ability to be able to control the budget effectively and provided early feedback throughout the project.
Perspective has the skills, knowledge and experience
required in order to act as the Principal Designer on construction projects, no matter the size or complexity.
